Or rather who will fight in our place during our next wars? This question, which has long been hovering on our heads &#8211; ignored, repelled, repressed &#8211; has become nagging since the betrayal of Donald Trump. Because he must not remain the slightest doubt on this point: the 47<sup>e <\/sup>President of the United States of America is a traitor to his friends, his allies and, above all, to the centuries-old values \u200b\u200bof his nation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph \">Every day, now, we debate the need for a &#8220;common European defense&#8221;, the increase in investments dedicated to finance our military spending, and even the possibility of deploying our soldiers along the bloody front which separates Ukrainians and Russians. We debate obstacles that prevent Europe from reaching autonomy, in the absence of impossible independence, in its military defense against possible and future aggressions, alas more and more likely (and already in progress). These obstacles are numerous, enormous and diverse: they are military-industrial, economic, technological, strategic nature, but also, above all, of a political nature.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph \">This debate, any necessary as it may be, persists in ignoring the main European deficiency as to the possibility of carrying out a defensive war in all: the absence of warriors. Like the recent Ukrainian (and Middle Eastern) massacres, unfortunately, tragically shown it, wars, including the most advanced technologically, need warriors. However, the European Union would only be able to provide 60,000 in three rotations of 20,000. I am referring to the lack of combativeness of peoples, pacified for eight decades, demographically aged and deeply gentrified. To wage war, even a only defensive war, it is necessary to have appropriate weapons, but also-and this is a stubborn, intractable, terrible-competent young men (and women) need, loans and inclined to use them.
