Several United Nations reports have demonstrated the military support that Kigali brings to this armed group, saying that between 3,000 and 4,000 Rwandan soldiers fight alongside him.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph \">Olivier Nduhungirehe, the Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs, justifies the positions of his country, more than three years after the resumption of the conflict and while Angola announced that he would host direct negotiations between the DRC and the M23 Tuesday, March 18.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"article__question\">Joao Louren\u00e7o, the Angolan president, announced that direct talks between the DRC and the M23 will take place. It would be the first in three years that Kinshasa and the rebel group discuss directly. Do you consider that this is good news?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph \">We have always said that there needed direct negotiations between the Congolese government and the M23, in order to tackle the deep causes of the crisis. This movement resumed arms to oppose the persecution and discrimination of the Rwandophones Congolese and in particular Tutsi, while members of this community were still recently lynched and others have been victims of cannibalism.<strong> <\/strong>These problems must be resolved: Rwandophones must be able to live in peace and security in the DRC.<\/p>\n<p class=\"reading-mode-only \"><strong>You have 78.5% of this article to read.
