On the racist contraventions side, almost all concerned non-public insults (98 % of the total).<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"article__sub-title\">High rate in Paris<\/h2>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph \">In 2024, the security services also recorded <em>&#8220;9,700 victims of crimes and crimes of a racist nature&#8221;<\/em>. Among the victims, <em>&#8220;Men, people aged 25 to 54 and nationals of an African country are over -represented&#8221;<\/em>explains the report.
