He owned the center together with former Start football player Jesper Mathisen and former national team player Ole Martin \u00c5rst. Businessmen Eimund Tharaldsen and Jesper Brandt were also co -owners. Jacobsen believes that the football profiles he got to sign a new shareholder agreement with a co -sales obligation. He also believes that the football profiles should have kept hidden an ongoing sales process by the parent company with Swedish We Are Padel (WAP). JPG was later sold to the Swedish company for NOK 84 million. But Jacobsen and other local center owners should have been informed a sales price of NOK 45.5 million. It feels unfair and wrong, says \u00c5rst. The agreement is Tommy Bruun and Fredrik Verling represent JPG. &#8211; Our view on this case is that one agreement has been entered into for the purchase of shares. It was subsequently renegotiated by Anders Jacobsen, assisted by a lawyer, says Verling to news. Verling believes Jacobsen had all information about this transaction available and that he signed on that agreement. &#8211; JPG&#8217;s view is that the agreement stands as it has been signed, says Verling. Four days have been set aside in Agder Court of Appeal for the case, which is closed on Friday. Fredrik Verling believes the purchase agreement stands as it was signed in 2021. He thinks he was paid too little for the shares in a paddle center at H\u00f8nefoss. The case is dealt with in Agder District Court. Anders Jacobsen is successful. JPG appeals to the Court of Appeal.
