Wednesday March 12, the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Gens de Lettres (SGDL), the National Union of Authors and Composers (SNAC) and the National Edition Union (SNE) said <em>&#8220;Acting in court against the American giant<\/em><em>  Before the third chamber of the Paris judicial court \u201d. <\/em>The summons left earlier this week and aims to have both recognized <em>&#8220;Counterfeiting and economic parasitism&#8221;,<\/em> Insofar as the massive use of protected works was made without authorization of authors or publishers. For months, SGDL, SNAC and SNE have collected evidence of these fraudulent uses in the data corpora used by Meta and have decided to go to the offensive. <em>&#8220;We have noted the presence of many works published by members of the National Edition union in these data corpora&#8221;<\/em>said the president of the SNE, Vincent Montagne.
