The Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00c9ditrice du Monde wishes to present in its publications a selection of testimonies, in the form of writings, photographs and videos (hereinafter referred to as together or separately “Contribution (s)”) which are freely submitted to it by Internet users.<\/p>\n
Contribution content<\/p>\n
Your contribution must comply with the legislation in force, in particular the law of July 29, 1881 on press freedom, articles 9 and 9-1 of the Civil Code on the right to privacy and respect for the presumption of innocence and the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. No contrary to the law can be published.<\/p>\n
Careful spelling and formatting are required (no texts in capital letters, no abbreviations or “SMS” type).<\/p>\n
You must be the author of the texts, photographs and videos that you offer in the context of your contribution, or have the authorization of their author for their publication under the conditions here defined. The author’s name must always be mentioned, as well as the date and place where your photographic or video documents were taken and write a descriptive legend.<\/p>\n
Your contribution must be signed by your first name and last name. Anonymity requests in the event of a publication will be examined by the editorial staff of the world publisher on a case -by -case basis.<\/p>\n
The Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00c9ditrice du Monde reserves the right to refuse any contribution, or to erase any previously published contribution, for any cause whatsoever, especially if:<\/p>\n

By participating in this call for testimonies, you authorize the total or partial publication of your contribution on the Le Monde.fr site, in the daily Le Monde, in M \u200b\u200bLe Monde magazine and\/or on any other publication or site where the company publisher of the world publishes editorial content (Facebook, Twitter, Digiteka, Instagram, etc., for the duration of exploitation.<\/p>\n
The Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00c9dister du Monde is free to publish or not the contributions offered to it.<\/p>\n
Your response to the call for testimonies, as well as your authorization for the possible exploitation of your contribution, are granted in a graceful basis and cannot give rise to any remuneration or gratuity or payment of any kind, in any capacity whatsoever.<\/p>\n
The information collected in the questionnaire is recorded in a computerized file by the company editor of the world, and communicated to the only journalists at the origin of the testimony and the technical teams in charge of the management of treatment.<\/p>\n
They will only be used within the framework of this call for testimonies. The data associated with a contribution is kept for a maximum duration of two years. You can access the data concerning you, rectify it, request their deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data, withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.<\/p>\n
