On Saturday, Marit Taagerud (74) and H\u00e5kon Taagerud (42) were found murdered in their home in Ski in Akershus. Marit’s daughter and H\u00e5kon’s sister are charged with the murders. He became a rallying figure, someone who is easy to fall in love with. And someone who had steely control over what he was supposed to have control over. Wrote player lists and gathered people, Taagerud made sure that things were in order when the boys had to get ready for training and matches, says Eriksen. Taagerud also knew how to take his place. – It turned out that he acted a bit authoritarian when people didn’t comply with what they were supposed to, but in a very good and unifying way, says Eriksen. The coach is perhaps best known for leading Follo to the cup final in 2010 after knocking out Rosenborg in the semi-final. The municipality maps news wrote earlier on Monday that Follo municipality is now working to get an overview of what contact they have had with the family over the years. According to VG, messages of concern about the family have been sent to the municipality. The man who knew H\u00e5kon Taagerud well says his mother Marit fell ill a few years ago. – We tried to ask how it was, and then H\u00e5kon would just say that she was lying inside.
