Østre Aker road was blocked at the scene after the accident. – There is only one car involved in the accident and it is on the roof, operations manager Tore Solberg of the Oslo police told news at 19.20. Soon after, the police reported that the driver was taken to hospital for treatment. She is awake and aware, they tweet.
