25 July 2023 at 07:23 Woman seriously injured in violent incident in Oslo A woman in her 20s has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after being subjected to violence in Ullern in Oslo, the police report. – We quickly arrived at the scene, and made contact with the victim who was seriously injured and taken to the hospital, and we quickly arrested the perpetrator, says operations manager Tor Grøttum in the Oslo police district. The woman was conscious when she was taken by the ambulance. – As of now, we consider that there are no others involved in the incident. The perpetrator is also in his 20s. The violence is said to have taken place inside an apartment building. According to Grøttum, the violence was carried out with a tool. He will not say anything more about what kind of tool. It is unknown if the perpetrator and the victim know each other. – We assume that both live in the area, and are working to map their relationship and whether anything has happened before the incident.
