Woman indicted for attempted murder at health center – news Trøndelag – Local news, TV and radio

Even before the court was set, the woman had several outcomes where she repeated that she wanted her daughter back. The child was taken from her shortly after birth and the defendant has taken this very seriously. The defendant also had several outbursts of anger when the court was seen. When the judge tried to read out her rights, the situation escalated and judge Inger Størseth decided to take a ten-minute break. After the break, the defendant continued with the outcome against the judge and the legal system. Among other things, she called the judge a “useless coward” – a useless coward. The court decided that the defendant should be taken to another room where she can follow the case further. Accused of attempted murder Back in November, the woman (42) is said to have visited the health center to find out where her child is. According to the indictment, she must have used both a knife and a razor blade, and is charged with attempted murder. The two employees who were injured were dragged into another room after the attack. One was attacked in the neck with a razor blade, the other in the thighs and legs with a knife, according to the indictment. Both suffered several injuries and one is still on sick leave. The public prosecutor believes the woman should be sentenced to compulsory mental health care. The woman came to Norway as an asylum seeker from a country in Africa. She was pregnant when she arrived, stated the prosecutor, State Attorney Kaia Strandjord, in her induction speech. Twice she has been admitted to a psychiatric hospital so that it could be determined whether she is criminally liable. The prosecutor stated that the experts had difficulty observing her. But they have concluded that she has a psychosis and therefore cannot be punished with prison. Arve Røli and Tore Angen defend the woman. Angen returned to court and stated that it was not possible to get a satisfactory answer from the woman. She has been in custody since November last year. In the prison meeting, she denied criminal liability and said that it was the officers who attacked her. During a detention hearing in Trøndelag district court in February, the woman had to be removed from the court after making several verbal outbursts. She reacted when the prosecutor announced that the accused had to be committed to a psychiatric hospital to determine whether she was criminally liable. Filmed when they came out of the fire station Kvinna is also accused of setting fire to the public reception at Nav Falkenborg in Trondheim in May last year. While there is a fire, the defendant and the man come out of the reception and are filmed by officers. On the video that was shown in court, it is clear that the defendant knows she is being filmed and that she has nothing against it. The reception had to remain closed for several months due to fire and water damage. After the arson at Nav, the two went to another shop and bought four new bottles of lighter fluid. The video from the store was also shown in court. The prosecutor stated that the prosecution does not know where the two went afterwards. They were arrested later the same day.
