July 19, 2022 at 07:18 Woman found dead by county road in Askim A woman in her 40s who was found badly injured by county road 115 in Askim, has died. The police received a report of a seriously injured person a little over five this morning, and all the emergency services moved out. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation was performed, but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The police do not have enough information about the incident yet to say anything about the course of events. Assignment leader in the Eastern police district, Jo Rennemo Jellum tells news that it is too early to say whether this is an accident or whether there is something criminal behind it.
