2 July 2024 at 10:02 Woman dies after drowning accident A 49-year-old Danish woman has died after a drowning accident on Justøya in Lillesand on the night of Sunday. The police were notified of the incident shortly before 1am on Sunday and moved out together with the other emergency services. CPR was performed on the spot and the woman was eventually transported to Sørlandet Hospital. She was pronounced dead at the hospital on Sunday evening. The next of kin have now been notified. The police write that in a press release.
