Wednesday is the first opportunity for Norwegians to cross the border at Rafah into Egypt. The Norwegian embassy in Cairo informs Aftenposten. Several countries have gotten their citizens out of the Gaza Strip in recent days, following an agreement between Hamas, Egypt, Israel and Qatar.
