8 December 2022 at 10:20 We eat more meat than ever After several years of positive changes in the Norwegian diet, the trend has reversed, according to the Norwegian Directorate of Health’s annual report on the development of the Norwegian diet. Norwegians now consume more meat than ever before. From 2020 to 2021, meat consumption increased from 74.7 kilograms per person to 79.1 kilograms per year.
