According to operations manager Knut Odde, there is a fire in a detached building that contains a restaurant and an apartment. The owner of the apartment has stated that it is empty and is undergoing rehabilitation. The building that is on fire has now caught fire. There is a lot of smoke at the site and the emergency services are considering evacuating neighboring buildings because of the smoke. For a while there was a danger that the flames would spread to a nearby building containing a car repair shop. That danger has now been averted, says Odde to news.
