27 October 2022 at 12:52 Viggo Kristiansen’s reopening case will be heard in December Attorney General Jørn Maurud last week asked the Court of Appeal to acquit Viggo Kristiansen, who has served almost 21 years in prison for the murders in Baneheia. The Borgarting Court of Appeal has scheduled the date for processing the reopening case to Tuesday 13 December 2022. – The sentencing will be held on Thursday 15 December 2022 at 12 noon, says Annicken S. Michaelsen, senior adviser at the Borgarting Court of Appeal.
