It is also expected that Kim Jong-un will meet President Vladimir Putin to discuss the sale of North Korean weapons to Russia. In exchange, Kim wants to buy high-tech products, writes The New York Times newspaper. It is the first time in four years that North Korea’s leader has left his homeland.
