US national security adviser Mike Waltz will leave the position. It reports several US media such as the TV station CBS and the Reuters news agency. The information is so far not officially confirmed. CBS refers to information from several anonymous sources, while Reuters refers to one source with knowledge of the case. It was Waltz who in March added to The Atlantics chief editor in the reporting group about the attack on the Houthis in Yemen before the attack happened.
