15 March 2023 at 08:59 Up to half price on air routes in the districts The ticket price on the so-called FOT routes will drop by up to 50 per cent from 1 April. That’s what Storting representative Geir Iversen from the Center Party says. The change will be announced at a press conference now at 9 o’clock. They apply from 1 April and the end of the tender period, i.e. until 1 April next year. – We ensure that there are enough funds to increase capacity and halve prices. The details will come in the negotiations with the airlines, says Iversen. The maximum ticket price for a fully flexible one-way ticket is halved in any case. – It will be very good for Finnmark. But we cannot advance what comes in negotiations, which are subject to EEA rules, says Iversen.
