This is stated by the West Police District in a press release. The police went to an address in Åsane on Friday evening, following a report of the stabbing. There must have been several minors at the address. The victim, a minor boy, had suffered a stab wound to the back. The case was initially defined as grievous bodily harm, but has now been changed to attempted murder. This is because of the injuries to the victim, and the location of the stabbing. Suspects are under the criminal minimum age, and cannot be punished. The police still have a duty to investigate the case, they state in the press release. Victims and suspects will be questioned, and legal counsel and defense counsel will be appointed. Local police have close contact with the school the people involved attend.
