The drones were shot down in the Istra district of the Moscow region, as well as in the Kaluga region, on the night of Tuesday, while they were on their way to the capital, according to information from the Russian Ministry of Defense and the mayor of Moscow. The Ukrainian authorities had not commented on the information until Tuesday night. Kaluga is located southwest of Moscow. Istra is just northwest of the city. (NTB)
