Two boys in their teens have been stabbed with a knife in Porsgrunn on Thursday evening. The boys are said to have been attacked by an unknown man, says operations manager in the South-East police district, Erik Ullhaug Olsen. – We have all available resources out in the search for the perpetrator, says the operations manager to news. The two injured have been stabbed in an arm and a leg and were conscious when they were taken to hospital, the police say. Applicant with dog The stabbing is said to have taken place outdoors in Fjordgata in Porsgrunn. The police are working to get an overview of the sequence of events, but do not yet know what may have been the background to the incident. Dog patrol and police helicopter are looking for the man who is suspected of having stabbed the boys with a knife. A patrol is at the hospital waiting to speak to the boys. At the same time, the police have a patrol out in the area who are working to establish whether there have been any witnesses to the incident. – We are working to make contact with those who have been in the area, says Olsen. – Since an unknown perpetrator is at large, is there any reason for concern for people traveling in the local area? – There is nothing to indicate that as of now.
