Two men in their 20s have been arrested in connection with the incident, the police told news. – We quickly received information and good descriptions from witnesses and have arrested two people we believe have a role in connection with the incident, says operations manager Øyvind Schalla-Aasen. The victim, a man in his 40s, has been taken to hospital by ambulance. The extent of the damage is currently unknown, the police said.
