7 March 2023 at 12:40 Two military vehicles involved in traffic accident – Considered serious A truck and a car are involved in an accident in Bardu, one kilometer north of Setermoen, the police report. Both the vehicles involved are military. Five people are involved in the accident. Two people are trapped in the car, and fire crews are working to free them. The police on the scene consider the accident to be serious. The Norwegian Defense Forces have landed a Bell helicopter on E6, and the air ambulance is also on the scene. At 12:55, operations manager Morten Augensen states that the fire service is still working to free the two who are trapped. – Both are conscious, says Augensen. He cannot say anything more about the extent of the damage to those involved. The emergency services are on the scene.
