Swedish police responded to two explosions in two different towns in Skåne County in southern Sweden on the night of Saturday. One boy was arrested in Malmö, while no one was arrested in Lund. No one is injured. The police were called just before midnight about an explosion in a residential area in Amiralsgatan, close to People’s Park in central Malmö. No injuries were reported, the police write on their website, but material damage was done to the facade of an apartment building. Several windows were broken, writes Sveriges Radio. A few hours later, around 4.15am, the police reported another explosion, this time in Lund, which is just over twenty minutes outside Malmö. No people were injured here either. The police are investigating whether the cases are connected. (NTB)
