This is what Jens Stoltenberg says at a press conference at the NATO summit in Madrid. Finnish President Sauli Niinistö confirms the same. According to Stoltenberg, the country has signed a document addressing Turkey’s concerns, including on arms exports and the fight against terrorism. AFP writes that Turkey “got what they wanted” from the negotiations with Sweden and Finland.
