26 September 2023 at 22:51 Trump convicted in fraud case US former president Donald Trump, his company and the Trump Organization have been convicted in the civil fraud lawsuit against him in New York, reports the AP news agency. Trump and the company were sued for defrauding banks and insurance companies over several years, by greatly overestimating the value of their properties, in order to get cheap loans. The lawsuit was filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James last year.
