Karsten Warholm and 45.94 is not the only Norwegian world record in athletics that is still valid. There is also Trond Ulleberg’s 21.65 metres. It’s quite a bullet noise record for a youth, but he has, in return, stood for 48 years. – I don’t think about it on a daily basis, but I go in and check that list maybe once a year, to see if I still hold the record, says Ulleberg to news. When his childhood club Efteløt IL celebrated 75 years in 2009, Trond Ulleberg showed that he still has a good shot in his right arm. On 5 October 1976, he threw the three-kilogram shot at 21.65 meters – which is the longest shot in the world by a 14-year-old. – Athletics is a world sport, and the three most widespread exercises among young people are 60 metres, long and shot put, because it is easy to organise. NM bronze as a 45-year-old – It is special to think that as a youth I was so extreme, that there has not been a single young person who has managed what I did, says the 62-year-old.
