26 October 2022 at 10:24 Tina Bru’s tax case dismissed – The Norwegian Tax Agency has dismissed my case. This means that I have not received a decision on changed tax, says Tina Bru. news revealed in September that the Conservative Party’s second deputy leader had received a notice from the Swedish Tax Agency in connection with her commuter status. Central to the case was a two-room apartment in Stavanger, where Bru, her family and parents were registered at the same time. Tax lawyer Torbjørn Stokke has assisted Bru in her case, and tells news that the Tax Agency has concluded that it was a real rental. – After I received the notice, I have had a dialogue with the Swedish Tax Agency, and all along I had good faith that this would work out, says Bru. A total of 38 politicians have been taxed after the commuter housing cases. – Now I’m looking forward to spending all my time in the future creating the Conservative Party’s first alternative budget in ten years, spending time at home in Stavanger with the family and getting ready for our daughter who will arrive in February, says Bru.
