21 January 2024 at 14:24 Three people taken by avalanche in Nordmøre Three people were taken by an avalanche in Svinvikbotnen in Surnadal on Sunday afternoon. According to the police, they followed the avalanche 300 meters down the mountainside. One person has been injured in a knee and has been taken out by helicopter. The other two get down on their own. Police operations manager Tor Andre Gram Franck says the police and health personnel will meet the two skiers when they come down to talk to them and follow them up further. These are experienced mountain people, but they are affected by the event they have been through, says Franck.
