The unconscious were men in their 20s. The fourth person who was in the apartment was conscious and awake when the police arrived at the scene. He is the owner of the apartment, according to the police. The police in Halden now receive assistance from the forensics department. Reporters on the scene state that there is a major emergency in the area. The road is closed in both directions on the stretch past Immanuel’s church. People are asked to stay away from the scene so that the emergency services can work undisturbed.
