The court believes that remanding the three is absolutely necessary. A desire for control The incident the three are imprisoned for happened at Stovner in Oslo on Wednesday this week. The judgment from the Oslo District Court states, among other things, that “the violence against the woman appears to be serious, especially because of the number of people involved, scope, duration and motive.” The violence clearly bears the stamp of a desire to control the woman, writes the judge in the rulings against the three. The judge points out that one of the accused, a man in his 30s, both wants and can subject the woman to serious threats and violence, in order to pressure her to do as he wants. The woman has reported the relationship. Two of the three men have admitted partial guilt, while the third denies guilt.
