Tips for those who want to start training Find the form of training that works in your everyday life. The training that works is the one you actually get to do. Maybe you have to settle for 20 minutes twice a week, and that is incredibly much better than nothing. Don’t go too hard. Many people set overly ambitious goals in January. From having had an inactive Christmas accompanied by Christmas food, you suddenly have to stay away from sweets and exercise all the way down to the basement. Then you are asking to fail!
