In the last week, seven Russian citizens have been detained for what the police consider to be the illegal use of drones. Karlsen calls for calm, and tells news on Wednesday evening that people should “keep calm and carry on”. – Russia has a common strategy for the whole of Europe now, and it is to create uncertainty. In this way, this is a good time to create fear and terror, says the colonel, and adds: – If the Russian regime is connected to the drone incidents, I probably lean towards it to create uncertainty – not that it has anything to do with intelligence to do.
