The matches will be played on the 23rd/24th. and 30/31. July. The capital team from Latvia qualified for Serie Liga in 2022, becoming the second team in Latvian history to participate in a European tournament. The Northern Irish have never made it further than the third qualifying round in the Serie Liga, that is in 2021. To Avisa Nordland, football expert and former Glimt player Trond Olsen says that both teams should be manageable for Glimt. – If they pull this off, there is a big dent in the joy of the season – on the verge of disaster, says Olsen.
