12 January 2024 at 11:09 Queen Margrethe abdicates to Norwegian music With the overture “Denmarks Dronning – den støre tak”, Sandnes composer Eirik Berge sets music for Queen Margrethe’s abdication on Sunday 14 January. Eirik Berge is a composer and producer, and has also been a widely used arranger for orchestras for concerts with both Aurora, Eivør and Einar Selvik, and Ingebjørg Bratland recently. And he has had several assignments for Danish orchestras and Danish radio.
