He says the reason is that they have to do this because they lack ammunition, and blames it on the Russian Ministry of Defence. The Wagner group has been responsible for a large part of the Russian forces that have been fighting for Bakhmut for several months. Prigozhin claims Russian forces will take over the positions around Bakhmut.
