Today, Friday, YS and LO deliver their requirements to NHO. They represent around 230,000 employees in private business. It marks the start of the wage settlement that lays the foundation for the rest of the wage negotiations in Norwegian working life. The employee side enters the negotiations with the goal of noticing the good times in the industry. Better advice and real wage growth are the goal of YS and LO. – Our members will get better advice and deserve wage increases when companies serve so well. That’s what YS leader Hans-Erik Skjæggerud says. NHO chief Ole Erik Almlid, says they must protect Norwegian companies. They are concerned about the turmoil now in the world.
