Media associated with the Houthi movement report that Yemen’s capital has been hit by several airstrikes, writes AFP. US sources say that around 30 targets in Yemen were hit in a new wave of attacks which aims to stop the Houthis’ attacks on ships in the Red Sea. The rockets were launched both from aircraft and from naval vessels and hit ten different locations in Yemen. Friday evening Norwegian time, the US attacked at least 85 targets associated with groups supported by Iran in Syria and Iraq. President Joe Biden has announced revenge after three American soldiers were killed and nearly 40 injured in an attack on a military base in Jordan last weekend.
