The airline has since ended up in a process to get rid of debt and bring in more money from investors. The process means that today’s shareholders and creditors with unsecured loans will, by all accounts, lose their money. In recent days, news has asked the Ministry of Trade and Industry whether they expect to get back the money that was lent to SAS. – The Norwegian state is a non-priority creditor, and efforts are being made to limit losses. We currently have no further comments on the ongoing process, says State Secretary Halvard Ingebrigtsen (Ap) to news.
