The group states this in a stock exchange announcement on Monday morning. If the agreement goes through, VG, Aftenposten, Bergens Tidende, Stavanger Aftenblad and the other media houses in the group will be listed on the stock exchange. The agreement valued the news department at NOK 6.2 billion. It includes Schibsted’s ownership stake in the news agencies NTB and TT, and also Polaris Media, write E24.
