The group announced this in a stock exchange announcement on Monday morning. If the agreement goes through, VG, Aftenposten, Bergens Tidende, Stavanger Aftenblad and the other media houses in the group will be delisted. The agreement values the news department at NOK 6.2 billion. It includes Schibsted’s holdings in the news agencies NTB and TT, as well as Polaris Media, writes E24.
