This is reported by several news agencies. Yesterday, Israel, the US and Egypt agreed to open the border crossing for foreign nationals trying to get out of the Gaza Strip. Norway’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has previously sent a text message to Norwegians in Gaza asking them to assess whether it is safe to go to Rafah and try to cross the border there.
