9 December 2022 at 11:22 The public prosecutor will not overturn the dismissal of the case against Atle Antonsen State prosecutor Ingelin Hauge has decided not to overturn the dismissal of the hate speech case against Atle Antonsen, NTB has confirmed. The complaints now go to the Attorney General. Hauge informs NTB that “the case has been sent to the Attorney General”. Both Sumaya Jirde Ali herself and the Anti-Racist Center have complained about the decision and requested the public prosecutor to change it. Thus, it is the Attorney General who gets the last word in the case.
