There are slippery roads in several places after the temperature dropped in Western Norway overnight to Saturday. In Vestland county, slippery roads were first reported in Øygarden west of Bergen. At 11 o’clock there was a report of a car driving off the road on Lustravegen in Luster further north in the county. At 11.25 a car spun around and ended up on its roof on Årøyvegen, county road 55, between Sogndal and Hafslo. The driver got out of the car and was up, with some minor injuries, probably due to all the broken glass, according to the police. Traffic was stopped in both directions while the fire brigade stepped in to remove all the broken glass. Three quarters of an hour after the accident, the road was opened at 12.10.
