However, we have no evidence that it belongs to her, says Garder. – Why is the jacket interesting? – In the position we are in now, such findings are naturally of interest, says the police attorney. Operations manager Groth says to VG that the jacket is interesting as it may have come in with the sea. Got more tips At 4.45pm, Groth informs news that the police have received some tips by phone in connection with the jacket discovery. – I cannot say what information we have received, but we have received a few calls after we went out with information that a jacket had been found. – Do you still have crews out to look for the jacket? – No, after we moved out to the beach and were able to ascertain that the jacket was no longer where the reporter had said, we have not physically been out looking, says the operations manager. Still charged with murdering her partner, on 2 January her partner was found dead in the couple’s shared home in Stavern. The woman, who is employed as a teacher at a primary school in Porsgrunn, was charged with murder a short time later. Despite the fact that the woman has not yet been found, and that the family’s lawyer has expressed strong dissatisfaction with the fact that she is still being charged, the police have chosen to maintain the murder charge.
