The parents of the aggrieved must be informed, according to Ulstein. – We are investigating widely, but he has been charged with physical abuse against only one student, says the police attorney. All sexual intercourse with children under the age of 14 is considered rape. It also applies to certain sexual acts, regardless of consent or whether violence or threatening behavior is used. After the charge became known, the man’s lawyer told news that the man does not plead guilty and takes the case seriously. They appealed the detention to the Court of Appeal, but were not successful.
