A person has been charged with sexual assault at McDonald’s in Ålesund, the police report. The people involved in the case are a boy and a girl, both under the age of 18. – It is the boy who has been charged, says Eivind Klokkersund in the Møre and Romsdal police district. The police confirm to Sunnmørsposten that it must be a case of rape. – We are investigating what happened. The charge is rape, says police prosecutor Mathias Häber to the newspaper. Investigating the case The police have carried out several investigations at the crime scene during Saturday evening and Sunday morning, and are now working on questioning those involved. The defense attorney for the accused boy says that he spoke to the police last night. – He was questioned last night, and he cooperated with the police, says defense lawyer Sjur Engelsen Lange. He will not comment on how the boy reacts to the charges.
