Four days have been set aside for the trial this week. Kristian Valen broke through in the Norwegian public as a radio presenter and TV profile in the early 2000s and has since been nationally known as a comedian and presenter. In 2017, Valen was sentenced for, among other things, threatening police officers. He has been fined six times for traffic conditions and violations of the Weapons Act, according to NTB.
