The police are now appealing the acquittal. – The police believe that the district court has made an incorrect assessment by acquitting, that the assessment has been too lenient. State prosecutor Asbjørn Onarheim tells news. It is the Court of Appeal that must assess whether or not the appeal is admitted for consideration.
